Women are possibly the loneliest they’ve ever been during motherhood yet mums were never meant to do this alone.

Throughout history mothers have looked to each other and previous generations of women for support, advice and just another pair of hands – all things that are severely lacking in our modern Western lifestyle.

This episode was inspired by a conversation with another mum friend who recently had to deal with the old “I wish I could stay home and play with the kids all day too”… plus the loss of our car keys… probably down the toilet…
