The 3 control levers framework was put forward by Dr Peter Attia and is based on the 3 major issues with the modern Western diet…
- We eat too much
- We eat too often
- We eat whatever we want (most of it crap)
With that in mind, by pulling one or more of these levers at any one time we can lose excess weight, improve digestion, strengthen our immune systems and balance our hormones.
For optimal health we should really be trying to pull 1 or 2 of these levers at any one time, and occasionally control all three elements at once.
