But this episode is not just about women loving and accepting their bodies.

This is about understanding the monthly cycles of energy women experience, and appreciating that with each season of life comes new changes and new challenges.

And the more we resist and try to swim upstream, the more we stay in a place of suffering instead of moving forward and working with the flow of life.
