In this episode I offer my take on body image from the perspective of a yoga teacher and also my earliest memories of bullying and how they influenced my character as an adult.

One of the most wonderful benefits of my yoga journey has been the evolution of my own body image.

Previously I was caught in the miserable comparison trap.

But through the practice and study of yoga I’ve been able to retrain my mindset to see myself as NOT my body, and instead a person who lives inside a body.

And as I am human, and not immune to comparison, I’ve made significant changes in what I expose myself to over the years so that I don’t get overwhelmed with those “not good enough” vibes.
