It’s not just the high flying corporate business women that are prone to burning out. It’s women in general as our nature is to please people, prove ourselves and present a ‘got it together’ front that in itself is exhausting to maintain.

In particular, women in professions like teaching, health care, social work, law, emergency services, even retail and hospitality.

In this episode I talk about the symptoms of burnout, my own experience and share two stories of friends who burnt out in different ways.
