Where you sit on the stress – anxiety – burnout continuum is important to figure out because that will determine which strategies are going to actually work to reduce your stress and anxiety effectively.

Many of the mainstream tips and recommendations will only work when we implement them at the lower end of the continuum.

The more we go into the red zone, the less likely we are to have success… and then feel guilty… and helpless… like there is something really wrong with us.
