Recently I was interviewed by Brisbane naturopath Pam Hird about the benefits of Iyengar yoga, and particularly how I used the practice to support myself throughout pregnancy.
Iyengar yoga is quite different to the mainstream yoga styles taught widely in Western countries today, and it’s these differences that really set it apart for me and make it a valuable discipline for life-long self care and energy management.
