3 Tips For Making The Holidays Stress Free…
and staying healthy and SANE!

1/ You CANNOT please everyone, so don’t bother trying!
Write this on your bathroom mirror and read it every morning.
Other’s happiness is NOT your responsibility. Period.
2/ Keep the routine.The more times you say “F it it’s the holidays”, the more kilos you’ll have to lose in January and the more debt you’ll rack up on your credit card.It’s just one or two days, don’t let it be the reason you start 2021 GUILTY.
Keeping or getting back to your routines quickly will not only be excellent damage control for what can be a messy period… but your health and wellbeing routines will keep you SANE.
3/ Look after yourself will you?
Take time out from people when things start to get too…. peopley.
Eat a salad.
Sneak off for a walk when everyone else is on their fourth drink and its only midday.
Give away all the leftover chocolates after Boxing Day – you don’t need them.
Lock yourself in the bedroom and meditate for 10 minutes.
Go back to the gym AS SOON AS IT OPENS (not at the end of January… or February… *gasp*)
And get your journal out and start dreaming & planning how you’re going to make 2021 your best year yet.
